What’s your pricing for 18-hole shotgun tournaments?
Mon - Thurs: $49 per golfer (minimum of 60 golfers)
Fridays: $59 per golfer (minimum of 100 golfers)
Weekends/Holidays: $69 per golfer (minimum of 120 golfers)
Do you have any food options for before/during/after golf?
Yep, lots of options! Our restaurant does all the catering, and they can do pretty much whatever you’re looking for, from full-course steak dinners, to burger buffets, to bag lunches at the turn. They have several rooms available for rent, depending on the size of your group.

If we don’t have enough people for a shotgun start, can we still book a group outing?
Yes! We get lots of traveling golf groups, company outings, bachelor parties, family reunions, etc, and we’d be happy to play host for your group too! All you need to do is tell us how many people you’re expecting, and what day and time you want your tee-times to start at.
Want us to stage the carts for you with the player’s names on them, put flag events out on the course, make an official tournament scoreboard for you and do all the scoring? Just let us know what we can do to help to make you look like the best event organizer ever!
You also have access to room rental and all catering options listed above.
Can we do a 9-hole event?
Yes, but only as tee-time starts—no shotguns. And if you want to do it on a weekend, it must be after 1pm. We don’t offer any price discounts for 9-hole events. Sorry!
Can we get two drink carts?
Only if you have a full-course event, with 100+ golfers.
What’s the usual setup protocol for shotgun events?
We agree on a day, time, and estimate for number of golfers
You choose a tournament package, and specify a payment method (paying on-site, invoiced afterward, etc)
You get your golfers registered / paid ahead of time
You furnish us with a team roster at least two days prior to the event date, if you want us to create tournament cart signs and scorecards
Two hours prior to the event start time, we stage carts in the grass next to our practice green, with tournament cart signs and scorecards if requested
We assist you with any other setup needs prior to the start of the event: sponsor signs, flag events, setting up tents, etc
We assist you with starting the event: using our PA system + directing players to their starting hole
We assist with scoring, if you need us to do anything for you (most events do it on their own)
We assist with take-down, including grabbing the flag events off the course, bringing in sponsor signs, etc
